Sprig believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been assigned to the designer and they have initiated the process of designing.
Sprig does not accept cancellation requests after 48hrs of placing the order.
In case of any unsatisfaction or error in the design please report the same to our Customer Service team by reaching our dedicated Email ID: customerservice@sprig.net.in. The request will, however, be entertained once the designer has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days from the date of receipt for faster resolution.
In case you feel that the service received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team at customerservice@sprig.net.in within 3 days of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
No Refunds will be initiated on 3rd party services like hosting, domine and payment portal.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Sprig, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer, the refund amount might be bit less from the amount you paid due to the deduction of the portal convenience fee and tax.
If the money get struck in-between due to technical issue we are not responsible for that and we won't issue any refund.
