Payment Methods - Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, UPI or Pay Later options. Any fees associated with specific payment methods are the responsibility of the client. No COD option available, Only prepaid method.
Cancellation Policy - Clients may cancel a project, but a cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed and any expenses incurred by the Designer up to that point.
Refund Policy - Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverables before printing, provided such concerns are communicated within 1 days of project completion. The additional 3rd party charges such as Hosting, Domine name and SSL Certificate charges will not be refunded. Once the printing is done no refund will be initiated.
Ownership of Work - Upon full payment, the client gains full rights to the final design.
Revisions and Edits - The project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to an additional fee.
Delivery of Final Files - Final design will be confirmed with client and printed in desire frame format and will be sent in courier. Any special file format requests may incur additional charges. Delivery will be made via the mentioned physical address only once if in case of any unavailability, the second time will be charged extra.
Confidentiality - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, as determined by both parties.
